Before stepping into my role as a new house and land consultant I had a background as a handyman's assistant. Most of my days were spent working on rooftops fixing leaks, replacing old rusted valley trays and repointing rooftops. Everyday presented a new challenge. I was redoing patio rooftops, fixing paving, building Colorbond fencing, working demo jobs, mounting shelves and plenty more. 

All of this experience has equipped with a much deeper understanding what actually goes into building high quality homes, the types of issues that arise from poor design choices and the realities that present themselves over time when things aren't done right the first time. It's also equipped me with a much deeper understanding of the types of issues you may face when shopping for an established home.

I've worked for a some of Perth's largest building companies. From builders that specialized in helping first home buyers to builders that specialized in full custom designs. This has equipped with a broad spectrum of knowledge to make sure I can help you bring your design goals to life. The team I work with now has over 150 years worth of combined experience in the industry so between myself and the team behind me we can answer any questions you might have about the process. 

Almost half of my most recent clients have been investors. It's been my job to monitor market trends, price house & land packages with maximum growth potential and help to secure my clients investments long into the future. It's my job to ensure that you get the best value for money in the area you choose to build, while avoiding pitfalls like over or under capitalization. 

When you build with me, you get full transparency through the entire process. 

1. I don't work for any specific bank so you're not forced into one specific finance solution.
2. I don't work for any particular land agent or estate so we can build anywhere you will get the best price.
3. I get paid a flat rate by the builder regardless of how big your home is so I won't try to talk you into spending more on the build.

My job is to help guide you through every step of the process, and my job isn't complete until you get the keys to your new home.
