When it comes to building your new home, many people don't know that it's actually a 2 step process. The admin period (pre-construction) & The construction period. It's important that you work with a builder who is getting both of these stages done as efficiently as possible.

The admin period typically takes about 3 months. This is where we get all the paperwork done, finalize your house & land package, complete your HIA contracts, you select your colours and get your formal finance approval.

For the construction period we are currently averaging 8.5 months from slab down to key handover. From start to finish our experienced site supervisors will be tracking and documenting every part of your build to ensure you get a quality home that's built to stand the test of time.
