Before stepping into my role as a house and land consultant, I worked as a handyman. Most of my days were spent on rooftops fixing leaks, replacing rusted valley trays, and repointing tiled roofs. Every day brought a new challenge. I worked on rebuilding patio roofs, fixing paving, installing Colorbond fencing, completing demolition jobs, mounting shelving, and many other tasks.
Working hands-on in the trade gave me a real understanding of what actually goes into building a quality home. It taught me how design decisions play out in the real world, what issues tend to arise over time, and what can happen when things are not done properly the first time.
That experience also gives me a practical eye when assessing homes. I know where problems tend to hide and what details people often overlook.

Over the years I have worked alongside some of Perth’s largest building companies. Some specialised in helping first home buyers enter the market, while others focused on fully custom homes. This experience has given me a strong understanding of different building styles, budgets, and design approaches. It allows me to help clients turn their ideas into practical, well designed homes.
I have also helped hundreds of clients build homes across a wide range of budgets and circumstances. Because of that experience, I am often able to identify design opportunities, potential issues, or smarter layout choices that clients may not have thought about yet. My goal is to help you make better decisions early in the process so your home works exactly the way you want it to.

A large portion of my recent clients have been property investors. In these cases my role goes beyond simply designing a home. It involves monitoring market trends, identifying areas with strong growth potential, and structuring house and land packages that make financial sense over the long term.
My goal is to help investors maximise value while avoiding common pitfalls such as overcapitalising or building something that does not suit the local market. I carry this experience into working with all my clients including first home buyers to ensure their first home will make a great investment for their future equity.

When you build with me, you receive full transparency throughout the entire process.
• I do not work for any specific bank, so you are not pushed toward one finance solution.
• I am not tied to any particular land developer or estate, which means we can search across the market to find the best opportunities.
• I am paid a flat rate by the builder regardless of how big your home is, so there is no incentive for me to push you into spending more.
My role is to guide you through every stage of the journey, from the very first conversation through to the day you receive the keys to your new home.

Outside of work you will usually find me spending time with friends & family, rock climbing and training at the gym. Rock climbing is my favourite way to challenge myself and switch off from the day to day pace of the building industry.
DJing and music production is another creative outlet of mine. A fun fact about me is that I've played at some of the biggest clubs in Perth and supported some major international acts over the last decade of performing.
For me it is all about staying active, continuing to learn new skills, and keeping a good balance between work and life.
