Choosing the right block of land is crucial when building your new home. It's my job to assist you in finding the perfect block of land for your new home. I don't work for anything specific land agent or estate, and we can build anywhere land is available with a few exemptions for extremely complex site locations (step elevation changes as an example)
The first step when it comes to finding your land is to determine your overall budget and determining your finance eligibility. Once we know the budget we need to keep the house & land package within, then we can move onto the next step
Until we contact the land agents and get the most up to date price lists, it's impossible to truly know what's available. That's why it's important we find out exactly what's available before viewing land options in person and working on a home design.
Once we have confirmed land is available and that it will fit within the budget the next step is for us to drive out to view the land. This presents an opportunity for you to get a feel for the block and the area. Once you're confident that you've found the perfect block, then we can start work on design your home to suit your land and budget.
