How it works
Choosing the right block of land is crucial when building your new home. Considerations such as size, orientation, and location play a significant role in determining the suitability of a block for your needs. We then need to balance these considerations with the budget and land prices vary substantially based on location.
Before making a decision, ask yourself:
- Does the block have any additional complexities for the preparation prior to building?
- Is the size of the block sufficient for your desired home design?
- What is the orientation of the block and how will it affect future heating and cooling costs?
- What amenities and facilities are nearby, such as shopping centers, schools, and parks?
It's my job to assist you in finding the perfect block of land for your new home. I don't work for anything specific land agent or estate, and we can build anywhere land is available with a few exemptions for extremely complex site locations (step elevation changes as an example)
